Melissa's Mission

Melissa was an advid animal lover, and took every opportunity to adopt and care for injured or unwanted pets.  She, like many others under hospice care also found her furry friends to be instrumental to her overall health and well being.

In that spirit, Kibler Cares currently makes annual donations to area animal shelters.  Additionally, individual requests for medical care for pets may be submitted in writing and will be reviewed as funds are available.   Applications have closed and funds dispersed for 2025, but we hope you will check back in January to see how we plan to continue sharing the joy.  Individuals are welcome to reach out for more information (kibler@kiblercares.org).

Buddy was adopted by a loving family after his human mother passed from cancer.  After receiving some assistance for medical care, he now enjoys playing with his new furry sibling and going for walks in the park.
